I’m generally happy with the care being provided to my mum. The things that have struck me as being very positive (and I’m sure there are others) are:
The company has been very flexible in terms of arranging visits at our convenience and this has been really helpful.
The carers are generally very cheerful and personable and committed to providing good care. They always give the impression that they are happy to work for Compass
I’ve been very pleased with the action taken by the carers and the company, when Bobbie has been unwell, particularly in terms of involving more senior Compass staff and the hospital.

I’ve been having compass for couple years now but more when daughter had a big operation last year & they helped me with care to my disabled daughter & I am not going to lie I was a bit worried at first but everyone is amazing & helped me so much I am so grateful, The carers are friendly and they acknowledge my daughter needs and care she’s so happy with the Carers she has and they’re very professional and friendly & polite & they know what they’re doing and I’ve have recommend them to family & friends.
They also did end of life care for my lovely mum & they were amazing to her so very caring to end , they are best I’d say , Thanks all you done for my family

Our daughter Michelle has had Ms with other complex needs for 18 years. She requires a continuity of care with insight, forward thinking and patience.
The Carers at Compass Care support her in all aspects of her personal care including make up, hair and then breakfast. This is all done with kindness and fun.
Compass Care came on board 2 years ago and they continue to strive towards offering the best care service for Michelle with a team of lovely Carers that support her regularly. This regularity is so important for her wellbeing.
Michelle has a dedicated key worker that we can speak to for any queries or concerns that may arise. This really is very reassuring.
We are so grateful for all the support our daughter gets from Compass Care and this helps us, her parents, to keep her at home where she is happy.
