Tamsyn Weston
Registered Manager
Tamsyn began her care career in 2009 after working as a dental nurse. She joined Compass Homecare in 2020 and became Registered Manager in 2024, earning her TDDI certification. She enjoys beach walks and family time.
Attila Gereb
Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager Attila is a registered nurse with 11 years of care experience. He joined Compass Homecare in 2019 and is now Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead. He holds NVQ Level 3 and is working toward Level 5. In his free time, he enjoys sports and time with friends.
Gabriela Bartok
Care Coordinator Gabi joined Compass Homecare in 2019 and has grown from carer to Care Coordinator. With over six years in care, she holds NVQ Level 3 and is pursuing Level 5. She enjoys walking and spending time with her family.
Elisha Madzivire
Operational Office Supervisor
Elisha joined Compass Homecare in 2025, bringing 10+ years of international care experience and a background in business. She has worked in various care roles and is currently studying for NVQ Level 5. She enjoys nature walks, golf, and family time.
Monserrath Outram
